The Solo 461 Cordless Heat Detector Tester by Solo / Detectortesters is designed for functional testing of fixed-temperature, rate-of-rise, and compatible combination heat detectors. The tester incorporates infrared activation, which detects when a compatible heat detector is positioned within the test cup. Its Cross Air Technology directs heated air horizontally toward the sensing element, helping reduce unnecessary heat exposure to the detector’s outer casing.
